The 2015 Piesporter Goldtr?pfchen Riesling Kabinett shows a very clear, fresh and flinty flavored bouquet with intense stone fruit aromas. Round, lush, sweet and piquant, this is a highly attractive (though still reductive) Kabinett with finely racy acidity and a complex, salty finish. This is an excellent Mosel Riesling, highly attractive but not really a Kabinett.
