Graillot's 1992 red wine cuvees are not as profound as his 1991s, 1990s or 1989s. They are soundly made, round, supple wines that will provide good near-term drinking. The 1992 Crozes-Hermitage reveals a spicy, cassis-scented, ripe nose, medium-bodied flavors, and moderate tannin in the finish. Drink it over the next 5-6 years.
