Tasted single blind against its peers. The Nairac 2007 has a beautiful bouquet with lime, tropical fruit, a touch of marmalade and pure quince. It has certainly opened up in recent months. The palate is very well-balanced with racy acidity, very citrus-driven at first and fanning towards a generous, honey-rich barley sugar finish that shuts down on the finish. Watch this little gem unfold with time? Tasted January 2011.
