Medium-bodied, the palate displays a soft floral essence from the 2% Viognier and soft dusty leather tones, a delightful savory essence and gripping tannins. The wine concludes with a slightly spicy and evolving finish, offering dark cherry and red peppercorn flavors. Just under 5,000 bottles were filled, which honor the original family members who farmed the land where the vineyard now exists.
