This 2009 Brut Nature Gran Reserva represents 70% of the wines of Paco Torelló. It's a blend of 40% each Macabeo and Xarello with 20% Parellada aged with lees for 64 months. Paco Torelló thinks Macabeo is a very important grape in his Cavas. There is good balance between yeasts/aging aromas and floral and pear/apple aromas. The creamy texture created by the small bubbles fills your mouth, with ripe fruit flavors and good acidity. 250,000 bottles, 15,000 magnums and 3,000 jeroboams were produced.
