Made with Cabernet Sauvignon that sees 24 months in barrique, the Tenuta di Nozzole 2018 Il Pareto is a wine of depth and largesse. It awards thickly extracted fruit flavors of black plum with earth, tobacco and cured leather. Fruit comes from a nine-hectare vineyard site. This is a full-bodied red to pair with hearty Tuscan meat dishes and a side of delicious white beans. Some 9,000 heavy glass bottles were made.

Made with Cabernet Sauvignon harvested from vineyards from the Nozzole estate in Greve in Chianti, the 2016 Il Pareto is a full-bodied expression with lots of ripe and juicy fruit that reveals itself in thick and concentrated layers. The wine is soft and succulent from the first sip and delivers a very modern or contemporary interpretation from Tuscany with soft tannins and sweet fruit density. It's a real pleasure to drink and would make good company to a roast lamb with garlic. Some 16,000 bottles were created.

This is a pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from the wild and intriguing Greve in Chianti subzone to the northern side of the appellation. The 2015 Il Pareto is a profound and succulent expression that benefits from a warm and sunny vintage that was particularly kind to late-ripening varieties such as this. The wine achieves ideal ripeness with abundant tones of dark fruit, mocha and cured tobacco. There are no green notes here. This is a full-bodied red with soft textural richness. Some 14,000 bottles were released.

The 2009 Il Pareto (Cabernet Sauvignon) is striking in this vintage. There is plenty of varietal Cabernet character in the glass, but just as much distinctly Tuscan personality. Black cherries, plums, graphite, minerals and smoke all meld together beautifully in this supple, generous version of Il Pareto. The warmth of the year has given the 2009 a seamless, opulent quality that is noticeable. Layers of fruit build towards a rich, powerful finish laced with tobacco, incense, licorice and tar.
