Here's a wine that excels in terms of texture and mouthfeel, making it a great candidate for white meat or fried fish. The 2015 Collio Pinot Bianco Riserva is fermented and aged in large oak casks. This warm vintage shows extra power and heft, starting with 14% alcohol and ending with thick tones of apricot, dried fruit and honey. It ages on the lees for three long years, and this helps to fortify the already creamy and rich mouthfeel. Some 4,000 bottles were produced.
