The 2009 Dolcetto d’Alba Priavino is a deep, sensual wine loaded with blackberries, mint, licorice, violets and sweet spices. It shows fabulous intensity all the way through to the creamy, expansive finish. This is a rich style of Dolcetto but it works. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2016.
