The 2007 Kaituna Vineyard Pinot Noir has a deep ruby-purple color and intense black cherry, menthol and dried herb aromas with complex layers of earth and spice aromas: underbrush, damp soil, truffles, cinnamon and cloves. Medium-full bodied, crisp and concentrated, it has a medium level of very fine tannins and long layered finish. It makes a beautiful glass now and should continue to evolve gracefully, drinking to 2016. Kaituna Valley does not have a USA importer.
