The 2014 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros, which I tasted from vat last year, has a well-defined bouquet with hints of lime flower, dry gravel and subtle smoky aromas that are well defined. The palate is medium-bodied with a slight waxiness on the entry, plenty of fruit concentration and well-judged acidity. It feels a little reduced towards the finish that slightly impedes the terroir-expression, but there is decent length here, even if it is not quite at the level of Brocard's other two Grand Crus in 2014.
