The 2013 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros saw 10% barrel aging over 14 months. It has a light, honeysuckle and waxy-scented bouquet with moderate delineation. The palate is crisp on the entry with lime and green apple notes, moderate acidity, but it runs out of ideas toward the finish that feels conservative, sans the complexity of the 2012. Drink over the next 3 to 6 years.
