Opening in the glass with notes of citrus zest, white flowers, peach, pear and vanilla pod, the 2019 Meursault 1er Cru Caillerets is medium to full-bodied, lively and mineral, with a chalky, tightly wound palate that contrasts with its rather ripe, expressive nose.

The 2018 Meursault 1er Cru Caillerets offers up notes of citrus oil, pear, warm bread, toasted nuts and iodine, followed by a medium-bodied, bright and precise palate that's lively and mineral, with tangy acids and chalky back-end grip. This, too, has turned out nicely.

The 2017 Meursault 1er Cru Caillerets is lovely, wafting from the glass with aromas of confit citrus, lemon oil, buttered apples and pastry cream. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, satiny and gourmand, with a textural attack that segues into a fleshy mid-palate and saline, mineral finish.
