The 2012 Passito Aphrodisium is composed of Viognier, Petit Manseng, Fiano and Greco. It opens with a golden, pale amber color and lively aromas of candied tangerine, sweet almond paste, lemon drops and citrus blossom. You can taste the youthfulness now, but you can all count on more candied fruit and sophisticated passito aromas to come. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2020.
