The 2021 Acústic Blanc was produced with a blend of 91% Garnacha Blanca, 5% Macabeo, 1% Pansal (Xarel.lo) and 1% Garnacha Roja from different parts of Montsant. It fermented in all sorts of containers and materials—concrete, oak and stainless steel—and matured with the lees that were regularly stirred for six months. It's ripe at 14% and has notes of yellow fruit, waxy apples and pollen; it is round and soft, with a low pH denoting good freshness. Nicely textured. 43,300 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2022.

The 2018 Acústic Blanc is 85% Garnacha Blanca, 10% Macabeo, 3% Pansal (the local name for Xarello) and 3% Garnacha Gris from different parts of Montsant that partly fermented in new barrels and matured with the fine lees in vat for eight months. It's quite ripe and full-bodied, with spices and smoke intermixed with notes of yellow fruit, fennel and herbs. It's round and textured, quite powerful. 17,800 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2019.

I had two vintages to taste of the eponymous white, one of them is the recently bottled 2015 Acústic Blanc, the usual blend of 60% Garnacha Blanca, 20% Macabeo, 10% Garnacha Gris and 10% Pansal (Xarello) from different zones and soils in Montsant. It has texture and length and a stony, mineral finish. 27,900 bottles.

The 2014 Acústic Blanc showed notes of evolution, very balsamic with strong camphor aromas and the palate also feels like it's losing it's texture. So I'd opt for drinking it up sooner rather than later. 15,000 bottles.

The 2013 Acústic Blanc is produced with a mixture of white grapes, 60% Garnacha Blanca, 20% Macabeo, 10% Garnacha Gris and 5% Pansal (Xarello) from different zones and soils in Montsant. It is pressed in a vertical press then fermented 70/30 in stainless steel and barriques and matured in contact with the lees with battonage for seven months. It's mainly fruit-driven nose is clean and shows white flowers, yellow fruit and some pollen but has good spicy and creamy echoes from the élevage too. The palate shows good balance and a sapid, salty sensation with focused flavors and good length. 14,911 bottles produced.
