The 2021 Acústic Blanc was produced with a blend of 91% Garnacha Blanca, 5% Macabeo, 1% Pansal (Xarel.lo) and 1% Garnacha Roja from different parts of Montsant. It fermented in all sorts of containers and materials—concrete, oak and stainless steel—and matured with the lees that were regularly stirred for six months. It's ripe at 14% and has notes of yellow fruit, waxy apples and pollen; it is round and soft, with a low pH denoting good freshness. Nicely textured. 43,300 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2022.
