The 2009 Pinot Noir Select offers up an enticing perfume of cinnamon, clove, rose petal, and red fruits. In the glass it opens to reveal a velvety-textured, vibrant, nicely proportioned Pinot from beginning to end. It is meant for drinking now and over the next 4-5 years.
Doug Tunnell has put in over 20 years of farming at Brick House in the Ribbon Ridge AVA. His vineyards are Demeter-certified biodynamic and he is a non-interventionist in the cellar. Brick House makes one of the very few Gamay Noirs produced in the Willamette Valley.
