The Meursault Genevrieres fulfilled my expectations. It combines this vineyard's trademark rich, broad, tropical fruit with the purity, focus, and precision provided by the vintage's racy acidity. Powerful layers of ripe peaches, minerals, lemons, and candied hazelnuts are found in this outstanding wine's expressive, fat, medium-to-full-bodied personality.
