A perennial over-achiever, Siran has a fine track-record for producing long-lived, rich, structured wines. With its highly-extracted, tannic style, the 1993 will unquestionably be an ageworthy effort. The color is an impressive ruby/purple. Although not complex, the wine has medium body, excellent concentration, high extract, and a beefy, chewy, muscular personality. It will require 5-7 years of cellaring and should drink well for 15-20 years.
