This shows notes of dried strawberries and cranberries with citrus peel and hibiscus undertones. Medium-bodied, vivid and fresh with chalky tannins, that are a little chewy, but also have some crunchiness to them. It’s floral, red-fruited and already attractive, but better after two or three years.

Kirsch, raspberry and floral flavors highlight this juicy red, which is firm, slightly chewy even, with hints of licorice, menthol and white pepper.
