Pale to medium ruby colored, the 2010 Pinot Noir is youthfully mute and really needs a bit of swirling to bring forth the subtle black cherry, red plum and lilac aromas with faint suggestions of cloves and baking spices. Light to medium-bodied, the palate gives a very good concentration of cherry and earthy / savory flavors supported a medium level of silky tannins and refreshing / balanced acid.
