The 2004 Cairanne Haut-Coustias, which has more Mourvedre in it, has superb intensity and a big, rich nose of melted licorice, tree bark, truffle, blueberry, and raspberry. It is full-bodied with ripe tannin and a nice sweetness and expansiveness. Drink it over the next 3-5 years.
