The 2007 Besllum is a blend of 45% Carinena, 45% Garnacha, and 10% Syrah aged for 16 months in new French oak. It displays an enticing bouquet of tar, mineral, pain grille, blueberry, and blackberry. Full-bodied on the palate with excellent volume and concentration, it has the structure to evolve for 1-2 years and will deliver prime drinking from 2012 to 2022. Celler Besllum (pronounced Bes-Yume) has hit the target with these 2007 offerings.
