Containing 6% Malbec, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet-purple color and an intensely minty, black currant nose with supporting notes of cloves, anise and dark chocolate. Full bodied with very crisp acid, it has a medium level of velvety tannins and a long menthol laced finish. Drinking now, it should remain vibrant to 2016.
