The Baglio del Cristo di Campobello 2021 Sicilia Bianco Adènzia is a blend of Grillo and Insolia in equal parts, aged three months in stainless steel vats. It shows orchard fruit and cantaloupe melon with hints of spicy saffron at the back. The wine is creamy in texture with enough fruit weight to pair with a Moroccan chicken tajine seasoned with almond and preserved lemon. Bianco Adènzia ends on a sticky note, and exactly 46,889 bottles were made.
