A two-grape blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Merlot, this wine has a deep garnet/purple color, a touch of toasty oak, slight austerity, but once past the moderate tannins, the wine shows a charming, somewhat chunky, fleshy mouthfeel and a real meatiness. Drink it over the next 7-8 years. A member of the Alliance des Crus Bourgeois du Medoc.
