這是一款產(chǎn)自意大利托斯卡納產(chǎn)區(qū)的紅葡萄酒，采用桑嬌維塞釀制而成。釀制過程中，釀酒葡萄由人工采摘和篩選，經(jīng)去梗后在不銹鋼罐中進行15至20小時的冷浸漬，而后在較高溫度下浸漬20天，隨之而來的是為期10天的蘋果酸-乳酸發(fā)酵和酒泥陳釀。酒液在橡木桶中陳釀約24個月，裝瓶后在酒窖中靜置約12個月再上市發(fā)售。成酒散發(fā)著櫻桃、紫羅蘭和石榴的芳香，并伴有橡木和泥土的氣息，隨著陳年時間增加，逐漸發(fā)展出鼠尾草、大豆、皮革和草本植物的香氣，其酒體飽滿，單寧精細，結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)良，余味悠長。

Castello Romitorio's 2013 Brunello di Montalcino opens to a dark ruby color with beautiful garnet-like intensity. The bouquet offers similar stamina and vigor, with thick layers of dark cherry and blackberry. Spice, tobacco and cola also play big roles in this ensemble. The bouquet ultimately offers more immediacy than the mouthfeel, which is still tightly wound and compact at this young stage in the wine's life. This tells me that the wine has plenty of wiggle room for a successful aging future.
