The 2011 Jaspi Maragda is a blend of 55% Garnacha, 25% Cari?ena and 20% Syrah matured in a mixture of new and used, French and American oak barrels for one year. It shows some cooked flavors, very ripe black plums and plenty of spices with some creamy hints. The palate shows abundant, grainy, slightly harsh tannins and a bitter finish. 24,000 bottles produced.
