The 2012 Cava Dama is a blend of Chardonnay and Parellada bottle-aged in contact with the lees for 18 months. It has a lemony nose with subtle notes of yeasts and brioche, quite elegant. The palate is medium-bodied, the flavors are well-defined and it's tasty, ending with a mineral hint and lifted by very good acidity. 26,000 bottles produced.
