The 2003 Cava Naveran Dama is more Champagne-like. Made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Parallada, it is slightly darker-colored and fatter on the palate. It reveals bready, toasty notes aromatically, a steady stream of tiny bubbles, crisp, dry, lemon-lime, apple, and pear flavors, and a lengthy finish. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
