The entry-level 2015 Brut Reserva, cropped from a very warm year that saw an early harvest with low yields, is a young and fruit-driven blend of 40% Xarello with 30% each Parellada and Macabeo from organically farmed vineyards. It spent at least 18 months on the lees and has eight grams of sugar. It's quite typical of the zone, grapes and year, with moderate alcohol and good freshness. It's clean with good intensity, refreshing and very pleasant. 35,000 bottles produced. The disgorgement lot and year is now printed on the back label.
