The 2003 Brut Reserva makes use of the standard Cava varietals (Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada) along with 15% Chardonnay. The nose exhibits fragrant biscuit and white fruit scents leading to a persistently effervescent, crisp, but slightly compact sparkling wine with moderate length. Drink it over the next three years.
