The 2014 Brut Reserva is a young and fruit-driven blend of Xarello with 30% each Parellada and Macabeo from organically farmed vineyards with at least 18 months on the lees and eight grams of sugar. There is no disgorgement date on the label, but I guess it was quite recent, as it felt very fresh with effervescent bubbles, approachable and easy. 55,000 bottles produced.
