There's only one barrel of the 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Champs Gain, a lovely wine that mingles notes of white flowers and fresh apricot with hints of toast, honeyed pear and white currants. Medium to full-bodied, rich and textural, it's concentrated and incisive, and it will be bottled direct from the barrel.
