The 2002 Chassagne-Montrachet Champs-Gain is aromatically shy. On the palate, however, this broad, suave, medium-bodied wine coats the mouth with loads of nuts, minerals, toast, and spices. This rich and well-balanced effort should be drunk over the next 5-6 years.
