One of the smallest cuvées in the cellar is the 2018 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Champs Gain, which derives from a two-ouvrée parcel. Revealing notes of citrus zest, pear, mandarin, white flowers and warm pastry, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and precise, with a delicate core of fruit, lively acids and a pure finish.
