The 2007 Solpost is a blend of 50% Garnacha, 35% Carinena and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for one year in French and American oak barrels. The nose is quite balsamic with notes of dill, coconut and vanilla over a core of ripe red fruit and some herbaceous aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with some chunky tannins and high acidity.
