The first two offerings are excellent values. The 2007 Brut Reserva offers up a pleasing nose of mineral, biscotti, and melon leading to an elegant sparkling wine with tasty flavors, good concentration, and excellent focus. Drink it over the next 1-2 years. Agusti Torello Mata is one of Spain’s finest Cava producers.
