Lastly, the massive and backwards 2010 Tempranillo is loaded with decadent notes of black fruits, chocolate, licorice and smoked meats, with more spice, cedar and dried flower notes developing with time in the glass. Easily the most concentrated, rich, chewy and structured, it needs to be forgotten for another 2-3 years, at which point it should be fully mature and keep beautifully through 2025.
