With less concentration and more tannin, it should turn out to be a pleasant, medium-weight, straightforward, tasty 1990 that should be cellared for 1-2 years. Jean Boillot's red burgundies offer attractive richness, good structure, a generous lashing of toasty new oak, and 5-8 years of longevity.
