Barrel fermented for six months, the 2011 Grenache Blanc has a very refined bouquet with subtle notes of white peach, blackberry leaf and chalk dust that is linear and focused. The palate is crisp and racy on the entry. There is certainly very good fruit intensity here with white peach, lemongrass and dried apricot that build nicely to a waxy finish. This is very fine.
