Medium to dark ruby-colored and boasting a spice-laden nose, the 2000 Nuits-St.-Georges Les Pruliers is a silky-textured, medium-bodied wine. Broad, expansive, and rich, this plush, expressive offering coats the mouth with a myriad of dark fruit flavors. Projected maturity: now-2009. The Lecheneaut brothers, Philippe and Vincent, have a distinct preference for the 2000s over the 2001s.
