The 2013 Bolgheri Rosso Adèo offers a forceful and masculine bouquet with massive intensity. In fact, the build and overall makeup of this vintage feels more like a Bolgheri Superiore than a Bolgheri Rosso. Soft tannins and ripe fruit flavors of blackberry preserves and Morello cherry add to the wine's overall richness and weight. The finish is sticky and slightly sweet. Adèo is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
