The 2016 Cabernet Franc Reserva fermented in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts and matured in new and used oak barrels for 12 months. It's peppery, sleek and elegant, with character. It's tasty, balanced and very pleasant. It also shows a good improvement from past vintages. 36,000 bottles produced.
