From the first-class Kribslei parcel, the 2016 Erdener Treppchen Riesling Sp?tlese is a selection of perfectly ripe and healthy grapes whose must was fermented in stainless steel. The wine opens with a super clear and aromatic bouquet with finely flinty lychee and mango notes. Full-bodied and lush, this is a generous yet pure, piquant and salty Sp?tlese with opulence, linearity and precision. There are celery flavors in the salty-piquant and super sexy aftertaste. 3,000 bottles produced and closed with natural cork. Tasted February 2018.
