Hermann's 2010 Erdener Treppchen Riesling Sp?tlese (AP #0711) is still in the market and offers a clear, intense and concentrated, lovely matured bouquet of ripe and baked apples with a touch of caramel. This is a mouthful of ripe, piquant and lush Riesling that still shows the nervy/racy, crystalline acidity of the vintage--and should be cellared for another ten years.
