The 2007 Zinfandel Aldo’s Vineyard is from the southern part of Napa Valley called Oak Knoll. This vineyard was “only” planted in 1937. It exhibits a wild mountain berry-scented nose intermixed with hints of incense and spice box. Super-rich with abundant black fruit, earth, pepper, and spicy characteristics, this full-bodied, layered, stunning Zinfandel is capable of lasting for a decade or more.
This is a beautiful portfolio of wines from Robert Biale Vineyards. The Stagecoach Vineyard is a large parcel nearly 500 acres on the hillsides above Oakville.
