The 2015 Meursault 1er Cru Genevrières opens in the glass with notes of peach, preserved citrus, nutmeg and oatmeal, framed by an exotic top-not of petrol. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, layered and flavorful, with good concentration and superior tension and reserved by comparison with Boillot's more open-knit, easier-going Meursault Village.
