Jean Boillot vinified and aged his 1999 Meursault Genevrieres entirely in new oak 350-liter barrels. It reveals fresh perfume, acacia blossom, and ripe pear aromas. This medium-bodied, buttery, rich, and well-balanced wine has gorgeous mineral, white fruit, and floral flavors.
