An outstanding blend of 54% Grenache, 20% Clairette, 19% Roussanne and the balance Bourboulenc and Picardan, the 2012 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc exhibits plenty of pear, apple and honeysuckle in its clean, focused and nicely textured profile. Showing additional minerality with time in the glass, it’s a beautifully made, classic white to drink over the coming 2-3 years. Drink now-2017.
