Perrin's 1991 white Chateauneuf du Pape can hardly be called wine given its watery, acidic, alcoholic character. It is totally devoid of fruit. I know the 1991 vintage was a disaster for most white wine producers in Chateauneuf du Pape, but why put something this abysmal in the bottle?Importer: T.
