White peaches awash in minerals and fresh earth are found in the 1997 Riesling Schoenenbourg's aromatics. The wine offers massive richness, plump petrol-infused pears, melons, and apples, as well as a deep minerality that is discernable in its exceptionally long finish. It is medium-bodied, concentrated, and impeccably balanced. Drink it between 2002 and 2010+.
